wołodymyr Zelanski mentioned the idea of a peace mission led by the United Nations
– Kiev does not view the UN as an alternative to European military conditions or security guarantees – said on Friday, Ukrainian President Udamir Zernsky. Previously, the media reported that French President Emmanuel Macron was considering shaping a mission under the authority of the United Nations.
– With all respect, the United Nations will not protect us from Putin’s occupation or desire to re-enter. We do not recognize the United Nations as an alternative to security conditions or guarantees. Zelanki said at a joint press conference on a visit to the President of Ukrainian Czech Republic Petre Pavel.
He explained that Ukraine maintains a “rational and logical” relationship with the United Nations.
– Certainly, when there are troops where they are known where they came from, there are air defenses, there are ships, there are planes, there are serious troops. Here are some real interviews from our partners in Ukraine. Does Russia fear the United Nations? I don’t think they’ll be afraid because they (the Russians – ed.) have already violated everything in this war – Zersky said.
