The Asia-Pacific region is emerging as a hub of digital innovation, offering unparalleled opportunities to accelerate digital inclusion and transformation towards sustainable development and shared prosperity.
Government leaders, ministers, senior officials, digital experts and technology companies will come together at the Asia-Pacific Ministerial for Digital Inclusion and Transformation in Astana from September 3-5 to explore ways to accelerate digital innovation for sustainable development.
The conference, co-hosted by the Government of Kazakhstan and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), aims to promote more inclusive digital economies and societies in the region, as well as foster digital cooperation to bridge the digital divide, enhance digital connectivity, ensure strong digital skills training, and strengthen digital trust and security.
