There were 60 passengers and four crew members on an American airline passenger aircraft that fell on the Potmax River near Washington. The next three flew to a helicopter collided with the plane. According to a new report, the skater and its trainer were on board.
The American Airlines passenger aircraft and the U.S. military Black Hawk Helicopter collided near Washington Reagan National Airport on Wednesday evening. Both machines have fallen into the Potmax River.
The Washington Post reports that a total of 64 people, including four crew members, flew on an aircraft. The helicopter had three soldiers. Rescue operations are underway. Until now, 18 bodies have been pulled out of the river.
