Pope Francis appeared to the loyal people gathered at Jemera’s Polyclinic. The Holy Father blessed everyone through the windows of the building. A similar gesture was made by John Paul II when he was dealt with in this institution. Francis also saw people who came to St. Peter’s Square.
Francis appeared on the hospital balcony at noon. He sat in his wheelchair and waved to the loyal people gathered. The Pope didn’t speak long. He was grateful to be headed towards people from the crowd who brought yellow flowers.

The Bishop’s Most Serious Illness
Franciscec, 88, went to Gemera Clinic in Rome on February 14th. Initially he was diagnosed with bronchitis, which soon turned out to be bilateral pneumonia. It was the most serious illness during the 12-year bishop’s period. During his stay in the hospital, the Pope was subjected to four sharp attacks. In a message, the Vatican explained that it was a “breathing crisis.”
The latest reports show that the Pope is no longer pneumonia, but he has not fully recovered from the body’s infection. Alfieri emphasized that Francis uses an oxygen mask to facilitate breathing, but he was never intubated. The Holy Father also had problems speaking and lost much weight.

A two-month stay at Franciszek’s hospital could lead to major changes in the calendar of upcoming events at the Vatican. The Pope met with King Carol of England on April 8th and chaired the annual Easter celebration at the Vatican on April 20th. The Vatican said no decision has been made on the issue yet.
