– I think diplomatic insulation is still underway. Despite some individual contacts. And of course, Putin and Russia are using these contacts to try and legalize international arenas and show the image of a clear return to normality – he said.

At the same time, politicians acknowledged that the process of developing a ceasefire was boring and difficult, and there was subsequent oversight of compliance.
– Our bitter experiences related to the Minsk process and the ceasefires included at the time have at least 25, indicating that this is a real challenge. It shows that Russian provocation should be expected soon. This shows that the Russians did not fulfill their contracts, and their practice is to immediately violate these ceasefires. Therefore, an effective, objective control mechanism is really needed – he pointed out.
