The diplomats highlighted the targeted rocket fires among Western military instructors gathered at one of the local restaurants, and supported the Kremlin version of the attack.
– In this context I wanted to remind you that Western officers and instructors sent to support the Kiev regime repeatedly warned that it was a legitimate goal for the Russian army.

Referring to the deaths of 20 civilians, including 10 children, Kremlin diplomats denounced the Ukrainian troops for acting “unprofessionally.”
– Unfortunately, as a result of Ukraine’s non-professional actions in anti-aircraft defense, Ukrainian rockets were launched to capture the aircraft that caused the death of civilians living in areas adjacent to the restaurant – the envoy of Vladimir Putin claimed.
