War in Ukraine. Aid from the US before regime change?
According to Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Washington's assistance will include: Payment of arms production contracts. – This is very important. We received such assurances during our delegation meetings and during our talks with Secretary of State Blinken, Mr. Sibiha stressed.
– We also discussed long-range attacks (using missiles) on military facilities on Russian territory and the issue of Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration. Once again, we are cautiously optimistic. It's a very important meeting, added Ukraine's diplomatic chief.
The minister said Kiev authorities now have “a clear understanding of the situation and clear deadlines and clarity on the amount of supplies to be transferred to Ukraine by the end of the year” from the United States.
– This will help Ukraine strategically plan its actions on the battlefield. And this is the information I will return to Kiev, Sibikha informed.
