“One such missile is enough to reduce a modern Russian military aircraft to scrap,” said military expert Vladislav Seleznykh, a colonel in the Ukrainian army. We are talking about a “hell” rocket with a range of 700 km, created by Ukrainian industry. Fearing an attack, the Russian military rushed to build defenses at the airport, the military officer said.
– 700km/h and 700km range are numbers that frighten Russians – This is what military expert Vladislav Seleznykh, a colonel in the Ukrainian army, says about the Ukrainian Hell missile.
Russia is under serious threat. “That can create real hell.”
The military also revealed that the rocket weighs several tens of kilograms. “If the scale of production can be scaled up, this relatively small missile, about two meters long, could create real hell for the Russian military,” the expert says.
According to the colonel, if within range, a single Hell missile is enough to reduce a single Russian military aircraft to scrap.

Seleznykh claims that the Russians, perhaps out of fear of their own machinery and other valuable equipment and weapons, hastily began building defense facilities at the airport.
– That's great news. However, since missile attacks by drones need to be carried out on a large scale, expanding the scale of production remains an important issue. Adversaries have developed powerful electronic warfare networks over the past two decades and also have powerful air and missile defense systems. The only real option for this system is to launch missiles and drones on a larger scale. Selesniou explains that this requires large quantities of production.
War in Ukraine. “Hell” missile in the Kiev arsenal
A few days ago, the Ukrainian arms company Ukroboronprom announced a new unmanned missile called Hel. According to the published specifications, the speed of the rocket will reach 700 kilometers per hour and the maximum range will exceed 700 kilometers.
– Ukrainian manufacturers produced the “Hell” missile from scratch and in record time, within a year, claimed Ukraine's Minister of Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin.
