The Ukrainian forces continued his statement, noting that the Kremlin would try to prevent the relocation of Western troops.
– We know her (Russian-ed.) plans, and accidental beings disrupt them (…). Yes, for a while, it clearly stabilizes the situation, but it’s hard to say for how long – Silsky explained.
