The first information about the Ukrainian drone attack on Grozne appeared on social media a few minutes after 4am. According to reports of residents, an explosion was heard near the building of the special police regiment named after Grozne. Akhmat Kadyrov.

Drone attacks by the Ukrainian military on Chechnya were confirmed by local government chief Ramzan Kadyrov. The Kremlin-affiliated politician spoke to the media during a visit to a center where Ukrainian prisoners of war are being held.
In a video published on Chechen social media, Kadyrov said the best way to protect against further attacks is to create a “living shield” from captors.
– We need to send them to the object photographed by the American satellite (designated as an attack target – editor) and to the rooftop. Let them defend our territory, he said.
Ramzan Kadyrov once again talks about using prisoners of war to protect strategic facilities. On October 30, a Chechen politician announced in a social media post that the Russians were deliberately holding captured Ukrainians in the building of the Special Forces University in the city of Gudermes.
“As mentioned before, there were no casualties on our side as a result of the attack. But! There are Ukrainian prisoners of war. Up to 10 Ukrainian prisoners of war are held in various strategic facilities of the republic, including on Russian territory. ” he wrote.
