Furthermore, the US and Russia have agreed to a measure to implement an agreement on banning attacks on energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine.
“The United States repeats President Donald J. Trump’s orders as a necessary step to achieving a lasting peaceful solution to stop the killings on both sides of the Russian conflict,” they reported.
Black Sea room. Ukraine confirms contract
This information was confirmed by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Last Umerov. He accepted the proposal that Kiev would suspend combat operations in the Black Sea, but added that partner countries would need to closely monitor the agreement.
Umerow said movements of Russian units outside the east of the basin would be perceived as a violation of the contract.
