If media reports are confirmed, this will be Witkov and Putin’s third meeting to reach an agreement on the suspension of Ukrainian weapons. There has been a slowdown in negotiations over the past few weeks, which has led President Trump to express his anger over Russia’s slow negotiation strategy. This visit is expected to change the negotiation dynamics.
