Wołodymyr Zelanski is ready to meet Vladimir Putin only under certain conditions – said Andrij Jermak, head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office. As he explained, they are clear security guarantees for the countries attacked by Russia, particularly a common position agreed with the US and partners.
– The President clearly said that Ukraine is ready to meet Putin as soon as they are ready for such negotiations. This happens when Ukraine has a strong position, primarily agreed with the US, Europe and partners. And when Ukraine understands what security guarantees what it receives. No such moment has come yet — said Jermack in a TV interview.
