Accident at Salomea intersection

On the S7 route, near the Opac crossing, four cars and a city bus collided. An air ambulance landed at the scene. Drivers face problems when leaving the capital.
The police received information about the collision on the Salome-Volika route (S7) at 14:20. As Captain Pavel Chmura from the Warsaw police headquarters told us, on the way to Nadarzin, four cars and a city bus, which were moving without passengers as a technical checkpoint, collided.
Police, fire and ambulance were called to the scene. An air ambulance helicopter also landed, causing a temporary stop to traffic.
– Three people were injured. They were passengers of a car. An LPR helicopter landed on the scene but did not pick up anyone. The injured were transported to a nearby hospital for observation by a wheeled ambulance, says graduate student Michal Skladanovski, press officer of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Pruszków.
Drivers traveling to Nadarzin are in trouble. Police say two out of three lanes are closed. According to the Directorate of National Roads and Highways, traffic jams may continue until around 5 p.m.
