On his day off, a policeman recognized two people in Mirovski Square. He remembered that two days ago, an elderly woman was attacked and robbed in this locality. This 46-year-old man and his 22-year-old son have already been found guilty.
A police officer from Shrodmiescie realized that the two men he observed might be connected to the robbery of an elderly woman. On December 12, an attacker attacked a 77-year-old woman on Jana Pavla II avenue, grabbed her and threw her to the ground. Then he took his wallet, which contained documents, mobile phone, money and jewelry worth more than PLN 8,000.
He gave the stolen loot to his son
– According to the conclusion of the police officers who worked on this case, the criminal gave his stolen wallet to his son shortly after the robbery. Despite knowing the origin of the bag, he took it from his father and hid it under his shirt. Both fled from the scene, and the city police officers conducted a series of operations, as a result of which the perpetrators of this crime were discovered. It soon became clear that a 46-year-old man and his 22-year-old son are related to this case, said junior officer Jakub Paciniak, a spokesman for the city center police.
Thanks to the photographic memory, the police took 46-year-old and 22-year-old Shrodmiessie to the police station of the Warsaw I district. The elder was charged with theft, concealment and theft of documents. In turn, her son was charged with receiving stolen property, police said. He added that the father was imprisoned for three months and the son was under police supervision.
