A 26-year-old pedestrian was injured in an accident on Żwirki i Wigury street. The driver of the car hit him on the pedestrian crossing. The police will explain who ran the red light in this situation.
Warsaw paramedics announced on social media that the pedestrian was hit. According to them, the accident happened at 19:25 on Żwirki i Wigury Street. “The car hit a 26-year-old woman who was crossing the pedestrian crossing. She doesn’t remember. At which light an Opel car hit her. The woman hit her head on the windshield. She is not lost. Alert,” reports the regional emergency station “Meditrans”. ” in Warsaw on Facebook.
The police and an ambulance were called to the scene. “The woman has injuries to her head, right shoulder, and pelvis. By the decision of the head of the emergency team, the patient will be transferred to the hospital for further examination and hospitalization,” the entry emphasized.
“Meditrans” says that both the driver of the “Opel” car and the pedestrian were alert.

Police are investigating “two versions” of the incident
The information about this incident is confirmed by candidate Komil Sobotka from the Warsaw Police Department. – The driver of the “Opel” car hit a woman at the traffic light crossing. The driver was sober and had a driver’s license – he said in an interview with tvnwarszawa.pl.
As he noted, the police at the scene are investigating the incident of the fight, as the participants presented two different versions of the incident.
