A developer building a housing estate in Miasteczko Vilanow has blocked a popular shortcut used daily by residents, especially children going to the nearby elementary school. The investor assures that he is looking for a solution to the situation.
About 160 meters of tin wall was built along Diniova street, at the end of Zdrova and Vinogronova streets. The way the green house development investment was implemented was not interesting to the local residents, especially the children and their parents who went through today's construction site to the primary school No. 400 in Os Krolewska. Now they have to give way. They expressed their displeasure on the wall, where they posted slogans such as: “We want to switch to SP400”, “You are selfish” and “Your friends are only money”.
The problem was noticed by the Deputy of the District Council Tomas Kushleyko (Left Left). “Between Diniova Street and Osia Krolewska Street, the crossing was heavily blocked and was used, among other things, by children going to school number 400, near Arbuzova Street. In this case, the school route was extended several times. Finally, it There will be a passage through the future part of Zdrova Street, but this area is also fenced off,” Councilor Kuslejko wrote on social media and for a temporary solution that would allow it to pass.

Private garden, public road
We asked the district office why it agreed to organize the work with a fence, which may be convenient for the contractor but not for the residents. We asked if it was possible to allow pedestrians to move along a designated corridor, for example, on the border of the plot of land. There were questions about the availability of the field after the investment was completed, as in the promotional materials the developer boasts of “eight thousand square meters of private garden”. For almost two weeks, the district office did not answer our question.
The developer was responsible for this. – We are talking with the Regional Board of Badakhshan Mountain Autonomous Region and are looking for a solution to match our investment with children's access to school number 400, – assured Violeta Lipska from the Green House Development Marketing Department. – At the same time, we would like to inform you that within the framework of our investments, a publicly accessible part of Zdrova Street will be built, which will significantly improve the comfort of communication in this area, – added the representative of the developer.
