Meteorologists warn that Éowyn, dubbed the ‘storm of the century’, is heading towards the UK. Wind gusts there can reach 160km/h. A red alert has been issued for parts of Northern Ireland and Scotland. Airlines are warning of possible flight delays and cancellations.
