Sunday weather. IWMM warning about fog
An IWMM warning has been issued for the northern, northeastern and western parts of the country. The warning is officially in effect until 9:30 a.m., but forecasters have stressed that locally dense fog is still possible until midday.
“Dense fog is still occurring, with visibility limited to about 200 meters in some places. The densest fog lasts for about 2-3 hours, but locally (especially in areas of reservoirs and waterways) even up to midday It can be observed,” he said on IWMWM morning.
In such weather, drivers should be especially careful and “take their foot off the gas pedal” while driving.
Poland weather. Warm Sunday, fog possible
According to the latest IWMM forecast, Sunday will be quite cloudy. It will be lightly to moderately cloudy across the country, and very cloudy in Pomerania. Some rain is possible, especially in the north.
“Today it is sunny and quite warm, but in Pomerania there is only a gradual increase in cloud cover and light rain. The morning is foggy,” IMWM reported.
Maximum temperatures are expected to reach around 13°C in the Suwalki region, around 17°C in central Poland, and up to 20°C in the south and southwest.
