– Remember that as part of their own financial capabilities, local governments predicted that they could begin this process, namely implement the facility and implement expert opinions, so local governments can do some work today without waiting for money. By six months, we assume that the first financial resources for these tasks will be launched – the deputy minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs has been announced.
