Wołodymyr Zelnski left the White House minutes after an open portion of his conversation with Donald Trump. During discussions between leaders, there was a sharp exchange of text, which led to the premature end of the visit.
Republicans publicly denounced the Ukrainian president as “Igany in World War II.” He also reminded him of his suspicions of “lack of gratitude” for American military aid.
In a statement, Donald Trump said “President Zelsky is not ready for peace.” He also pointed out that “he did not respect the United States in their beloved oval office.” But, as he pointed out, he will be able to come back when he changes his attitude towards the continuation of the war.
