– This year, it was difficult to prepare for the final, and several factors contributed to it, – she answered. He said that “as we raise more and more money, we really have a lot to do, so we constantly organize tenders where we buy equipment.”
“Before, one or two competitions were held a year, now there are several, six, seven and even more,” he noted. He added that “last year, in December, just before Christmas, we bought pulmonology equipment.”
– Then the flood came and we immediately got ready to help, and it took a lot of time. And I think that perhaps directly from our partially flooded areas, which at least in some circles do not understand correctly, we have created this terrible, disgusting, in our view, organized and vulnerable hatred, – he said.

But he emphasized that “given that we work in a small group of 70 people, where we are not a corporation, we know each other well, we know that we can count on each other, we know who can what to do, to whom what we can give us the strength to act.”
– In the end, in these difficult moments, because what can I say, there was a moment when we no longer knew what would happen next, we received really great support from friends, acquaintances, but above all from Polish women, Poles. who are with us today, always play with us, and for that I thank you very much. The Great Christmas Charity Orchestra has been playing since 1993. For 32 years, the WOŚP Foundation – thanks to one-day public collections called Finals – supports the Polish healthcare system: it buys modern medical equipment for hospitals, runs eight nationwide medical programs, implements an educational program and promotes healthy. lifestyle and preventive measures.
During the 32 finals, WOŚP collected about 2.3 billion PLN, which was used to purchase 74.5 thousand different medical equipment. The orchestra played during most of the finals to improve the quality of medical care for children. But not only that. In the last two years, in particular, the Fund has also collected for adults: in 2023 for the fight against sepsis and in 2024 – for the treatment of lung diseases.
