The Deputy Minister informed that a 13.5-year-old boy is fighting for his life in the hospital. – He has been placed in a medically induced coma. It is unclear what his future holds, the deputy justice minister said.

– The abuse included punches in the head, kicks, and pulling. Prosecutors say this happened several times that day. The suspect gave an explanation, but added that he did not admit to committing the crime.
Anna Chomiczewska, Złotlya's district attorney, added that one of the pieces of evidence in the case was surveillance video recording the suspect's actions toward the students. Jacek T., 60, has been an employee and educator at the facility for many years.

– An application for a three-month pre-trial detention against the suspect was filed in the District Court of Złotolya. The prosecutor added that the application will be considered on Thursday.
