On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump had a phone conversation with his Ukrainian equivalent.
“We’ve just finished a very good phone conversation with Zełnski (volodymyr -ed.),” Donald Trump said Wednesday. The Ukrainian president and the United States spent much time debating Trump’s negotiations with Vladimir Putin yesterday.
The Ukrainian president and the US conversation was scheduled to begin at 3pm Polish time. The White House announced that Trump had appeared in the oval office 30 minutes later. Zelnski has been in Helsinki since yesterday, when he from the Finnish capital called Washington.
Trump has finished his conversation with Zellankey. “We’re on the right track.”
Trump and Zelansky’s conversation lasted more than an hour. Once completed, the US President first said, “We’re on the right track.”
“I have just finished a very good phone conversation with the president of Ukrainian Zelan.
He also announced that a broader statement will be released regarding his conversation with Zelanski.

Trump’s conversation with Putin. The Kremlin agrees to a partial ceasefire
On Tuesday, Trump and Putin spoke on the phone for over an hour. Leaders have agreed to a 30-day weapons halt on energy facilities and infrastructure.
However, the agreement is much narrower than the US proposal for a 30-day weapons halt in airspace on the sea and land that Ukraine had previously adopted.
