Dominik R., vicar of one of the parishes in Podkarpacie, will be responsible for the abuse of minors, recording their nude images, possessing pornographic content with the participation of a child and violating the integrity of a minor's body. The indictment on this case was sent to the Krosno district court.
As the spokeswoman of the Krosno district prosecutor's office, prosecutor Marta Kolendowska-Matejchuk announced on Wednesday, the priest is accused of committing a crime against freedom and sexual freedom and morals to the detriment of five victims.
Two of them were under 15 and three over 16 at that time.
Accusation against the vicar
“The acts accused of vicariousness were recording nude photos of the victims, possessing pornographic content with the participation of minors, violating the integrity of the minor's body and causing the victims to perform other sexual acts,” said prosecutor Kolendowska-Matejchuk.
He emphasized that the most serious crime charged against the defendants is a crime punishable by imprisonment for at least three years.
He didn't admit it
Vicar did not admit to the actions of his accused and refused to give explanations and answer questions.
Due to the interests and confidentiality of the investigation, the nature of the case and the interests of the victims, who want to remain anonymous, the Prosecutor's Office will not disclose the details of the case.
The accused is in custody.
