This means that Radosław P. and Przemysław D. could be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison instead of the 10 years that prosecutors had hoped for.

(…) The defendant Przemysław D. pulled out a stun gun for no reason and injured He also electrocuted , the defendant agreed to kick Michał Silvestrak in the face and finally, along with Radosław P., pushed the victim to the ground, causing him to stop breathing and ultimately causing Michał Silvestrak to die.'' the district court said. Brutal police intervention in Inowrocław. 27-year-old man dies
On the night of May 23, two police officers, Senior Sergeant Przemysław D. and Constable Radosław P., received a call to one of Inowrocław's apartments. At the scene, they found a dilapidated apartment and a man staggering to his feet.
Officers handcuffed the 27-year-old man and decided to continue their operation. As it turned out, this was the beginning of a series of violations of the law.
Michał Silwestruk's case was made public in mid-December by Polsat news reporter Jacek Smarj. In his reportage, he showed, among other things: Recording from a police stun gun used by one of the officers to administer an electric shock to a handcuffed 27-year-old man. In addition, Sylwestruk, who did not resist while lying on the floor, was kicked all over his body and face, and was strangled.
The end of the intervention was tragic for the 27-year-old. Michał Silwestruk lost his life. Two days after the intervention, both officers were dismissed from their positions as police officers.
